Dashboard Overview
The jokowipe.id Dashboard is your central control plane for managing all aspects of your database backup strategy. Access it at app.jokowipe.id.
Navigation
The dashboard is organized into these main sections:

| Backups | View backup history, trigger manual backups, download/restore |
| Schedules | Create and manage automated backup schedules |
| Storage Targets | Configure where your backups are stored |
| Agents | Manage installed agents and their tokens |
| Monitoring | Real-time status, alert rules, notification channels |
| Anomalies | AI-detected backup anomalies and insights |
| Team | User management, roles, invitations |
| Settings | Organization settings, API keys, billing |
Key Metrics (Top Bar)
The dashboard header shows at-a-glance metrics:
- Backups Today — Count of successful backups in the last 24h
- Success Rate — % of backup jobs that completed successfully (rolling 7d)
- Total Storage Used — Aggregate size of all backup files across all storage targets
- Active Agents — Number of online agents (heartbeat within last 5 minutes)
- Open Anomalies — Count of unacknowledged anomaly alerts
Recent Backups Widget
The main dashboard view shows the last 10 backup jobs with:
- Database name
- Status badge (Success / Failed / Running / Pending)
- Backup size
- Duration
- Time ago
Click any backup row to see full details including logs.
Activity Feed
The right sidebar shows a real-time activity feed of events:
- Backup started / completed / failed
- Agent connected / disconnected
- Anomaly detected
- Schedule modified
Quick Actions
From the dashboard home, you can:
- New Backup — Trigger an immediate backup
- New Schedule — Create a recurring backup schedule
- Add Agent — Generate an installation command for a new agent
- Add Storage — Configure a new storage target
Status Indicators
Agents and backups use these status indicators:
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Online | 🟢 Green | Agent is healthy and responsive |
| Warning | 🟡 Yellow | Agent has warnings (e.g., disk space low) |
| Offline | 🔴 Red | Agent hasn't sent a heartbeat in >5 minutes |
| Unknown | ⚪ Gray | Agent status is not yet determined |
